Privacy policy
This site is run by Tilly Valentine. If you have any questions about your data, email info@tillyvalentine.com.
What we collect and why
- Sign-ups (email, and phone if you give it): to send news, releases and ticket updates. We store these with our email service, Brevo. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
- Show requests (name, email, city): to see where people want shows and reply to you.
- Orders (name, email, delivery address, phone): to take payment, post your order and keep sales records. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Order details are kept in our Google Workspace account and shared with Royal Mail for delivery.
- Hosting: the site runs on Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs for security.
We use your details only for these purposes, never sell them, and keep order records for six years for tax. Sign-up details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
The site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores a few small things to make the site work, such as your basket and whether you’ve seen the sign-up pop-up. The Spotify and Apple Music players set their own cookies when they load, so they only load if you accept cookies. Otherwise you get a link to listen there instead. Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Stripe uses cookies at checkout to prevent fraud.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how it’s used, by emailing info@tillyvalentine.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Store terms
These terms apply to orders placed on this website. The seller is Tilly Valentine (info@tillyvalentine.com). Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
- UK: £3.00, Royal Mail, usually 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- International: £8.00, usually 7 to 14 working days after dispatch. Any import duties or taxes in your country are payable by you.
Orders are usually sent within a week. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, email us and we’ll help.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email info@tillyvalentine.com and return the items unused within 14 days of telling us. We’ll refund you, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting them back; return postage is paid by you. CDs, cassettes and records can only be returned if they’re still sealed.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Japan releases
The Body Language CD and vinyl are sold by P-Vine Records, and their store terms apply to those orders.
